Refunds for orders cancelled before despatchIf you cancel an order before we despatch it then you will not owe us anything and we will refund any money you have paid us.

Refunds for unwanted itemsIf you return an entire order under the terms of our 30-day money back guarantee we will issue a refund of the payment you have made (including our delivery charges). How refunds are madeRefunds are made using the same form of payment originally used for purchase and are usually made within 5 working days of our receiving your return or notice of your decision to cancel an order.
